1. Introduction

Welcome to Annorth AI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and platform, including the Student Experience Index (SEI) tool, which provides monthly reflection-based assessments for institutions and colleges. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using our platform on behalf of an institution, college, or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that institution to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Annorth AI offers the Student Experience Index (SEI), a monthly check-in tool for students to reflect on their academic, social, and emotional experience. The responses are analyzed to generate personal and institutional insights for institutions. SEI is:

• Non-clinical
• Non-diagnostic
• Meant solely for trend tracking and institutional awareness

Annorth AI does not provide mental health diagnosis or treatment.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To use SEI:

• Institutions must register through the official form on our website.
• Upon approval by our team, the institution gains access to a dashboard.
• Institutions submit a list of eligible student email addresses.
• Only those students can log in to participate in the monthly check-ins.

The institution is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the email list and maintaining the privacy of their student data.

4. Student Privacy and Data Use

• Student responses are stored securely and used solely to generate individual and institutional reports.
• Individual reports are accessible only to the student.
• We do not sell, share, or use student data for advertising or third-party purposes.
• All analysis is automated and anonymized when aggregated for institutional trends.
• We comply with relevant data protection laws applicable in India.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Annorth AI platform, including the SEI framework, question sets, reports, designs, and software, is the intellectual property of Annorth AI.

• Institutions and users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform for internal institutional use only.
• Reproduction, resale, or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the platform code or design.
• Use the platform for any purpose outside the agreed educational scope.
• Share access credentials with unauthorized users.
• Introduce malware, bots, or scripts that compromise platform integrity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if any misuse is detected.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The SEI platform is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Improvement in student performance.
• Availability of the platform at all times.
• Accuracy or suitability of reports for clinical or diagnostic use.

Institutions are advised to interpret results as behavioral indicators, not medical assessments.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Annorth AI, its founders, or affiliates be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of data, profits, or institutional decisions based on SEI reports.

Our maximum liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount paid by the institution in the past 12 months.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate access if terms are violated.
• Suspend services for violations of terms.
• Discontinue the platform with prior notice.

Institutions may request account deletion at any time by emailing us at team@annorth.xyz.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance.
